Make checks payable to the Miller Lite Ride for the Arts. Prizes will be determined by the amount received at UPAF, 929 N. Water St., Milwaukee, WI 53202, by 3 p.m. on June 7, 2009. NO EXCEPTIONS. Only one prize per person will be awarded. Winners will be notified by mail by Monday, June, 15, 2009. Absolutely no monies refunded for pledges paid by riders.
Pledges must be paid by 3 p.m. on Sunday, June 7, 2009 to qualify for pledge prizes.
